These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the @Sandton Hotel Loyalty Program known as @REWARDS. By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years and above, with a valid email address.
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Golden Falls Trading 125 (Pty) Ltd, trading as @Sandton Hotel, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. Enrolment
- To enrol, guests must create an account through @REWARDS Membership – @Sandton Hotel by completing mandatory fields.
- Participation in the Program is free of charge, and members may opt out at any time by contacting guest relations.
3. Program Benefits
- Members of the Program are entitled to various perks and discounts, which may include but are not limited to:
- Exclusive Discounts: Members receive a percentage off room rates for eligible stays when booking directly through the hotel’s website or reservations.
- Room Upgrades: Members may receive complimentary room upgrades based on availability at check-in.
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability, members may be granted early check-in or late check-out privileges.
- Special Offers: Members will receive access to exclusive promotions and deals sent through email or available on the website.
- The exact benefits available to each member will depend on the tier or level within the Program, if applicable.
4. No Point Accumulation
- This Program does not involve the accumulation or redemption of points. Benefits and discounts are offered directly to members based on their loyalty status and eligibility, and are not contingent upon earning points.
5. Membership Tiers
- The Program includes different membership tiers, such as Bronze, Silver and Gold, with progressively more benefits available as members move to higher tiers.
- Tier eligibility is based on certain criteria, such as frequency of stays, spending levels, or other factors determined by @Sandton Hotel.
- The benefits associated with each tier may vary and are subject to change. @Sandton Hotel. reserves the right to modify the criteria for each tier or the benefits offered at any time.
6. Program Changes
- @Sandton Hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including the benefits provided, at any time, without notice. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or posted on the Program’s website.
- If the Program is terminated, any unused benefits will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
7. Membership Termination
- Membership in the Program may be terminated at any time at the discretion of @Sandton Hotel, for reasons including, but not limited to, abuse of the Program, fraudulent activities, or failure to comply with these Terms.
- Members may cancel their participation in the Program at any time. Upon cancellation, any benefits or discounts associated with the Program will be forfeited.
8. Program Limitations
- The benefits of the Program, such as discounts and upgrades, are subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
- Benefits are non-transferable and are only available to the enrolled member.
- Discounts and benefits may not apply to third-party bookings, event packages, or other non-eligible services.
- Member is required to be present at check-in to enjoy the benefits.
9. Privacy
- By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in @Sandton Hotel Privacy Policy.
- You may receive promotional emails and communications related to the Program, but you can opt out of these communications at any time by contacting guest relations.
10. Limitation of Liability
- @Sandton Hotel will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation in the Program or from the use or inability to use any benefits or discounts provided under the Program.
- @Sandton Hotel is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures that may impact the delivery or use of Program benefits.
